FlowersforCanada.com was officially launched in May of 1998 by Nature's Wonders Florist in Vancouver BC. We have over 40 years of experience as florists in the industry and wanted to extend a high level of service to the web.

FlowersforCanada.com is owned and operated by Nature's Wonders Florist Ltd. The  Principle Directors are Kellie Federici and Jennifer Coleclough. As hands-on Directors, we really wanted to bring a level of service to our online flower shop that quite frankly, we did not see elsewhere . We wanted an easy to use online shop, offering big store value and choice, while retaining  the small store personal service we are famous for.  As consumers ourselves we know all to well what it is like to be on hold for long periods of time, or not have a REAL person to talk to . It is always a pleasure to give your orders our personal attention. We consider each order an obligation to provide complete satisfaction. Whether you order these flowers yourself or receive them as a gift, please contact us at once if you are not completely satisfied!

Due to the nature of florist delivered products we cannot refund or cancel an order once the product has been delivered, however, we will replace and redeliver your flowers if you are not completely satisfied and we are contacted within 48 hours.

Guaranteed same day delivery Monday thru Saturday in Canada if ordered by 1PM in recipient's time zone (holiday periods excluded). All other orders will be delivered next day. Guaranteed next day delivery to all other countries Monday through Friday (holiday periods excluded) if ordered by 1 PM ET subject to certain conditions. Sunday Delivery is not available in all provinces and cities of Canada. If Sunday delivery date is requested , your order may be delivered on Monday.

We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa.

Balloons:
Some hospitals do not allow latex balloons with an arrangement. Mylar balloons may need to be substituted for latex balloons on some orders.

Plants:
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

Gift Baskets
Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.

Delivery Attempted or Fees Waived
If your florist delivered flowers were not delivered or attempted on the day that you requested then your delivery fee can be waived.

*Apartment Deliveries do not apply. If we are unable to contact the recipient by phone, we will attempt delivery, however most buildings will not allow flowers to be left in hallways or at the front door.
*This does not include deliveries for Sundays because service is not available in all areas on Sundays.
